Please note that refunds will only be issued if items are returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. We aim to process refunds within 15 working days of receiving your returned item(s) with the payment made to the original payment method.
Cancellations
If you change your mind and want to cancel before delivery please contact our customer service team immediately on 0333 533 0200 or email info@divanbeds.com
For 'Bespoke Custom Items'—including Divan Bases, Divan Bed Sets, Headboards and Mattresses with specific fabric, colour or custom size—cancellations must be made within 1 working day of placing your order before production begins. If you don't notify us within this timeframe and the item has already been made, a 50% fee of the item value will be deducted from your refund.
If you cancel after 12 hours a 50% fee of the item value will be applied as all items are made to order. If you cancel within 12 hours an admin fee of 5% (charged by our payment provider) will be deducted from your refund.
Please note standard items cannot be returned.
Returning Beds, Divans & Other Items
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to decide if you want to exchange or return your item. Please be aware that a fee of up to 50% per item may be applied to cover transport, manufacturing and admin costs in addition to the below terms.
Conditions for Returning Unwanted Goods
To return any items please make sure they are unopened and place near the front door of your property. Returns cannot be accepted without the original packaging.
Returning Mattresses
For hygiene reasons we cannot refund or exchange any opened mattresses unless faulty. If you want to return an unopened, unused and undamaged mattress a collection fee of £80 will be deducted from your refund.
Any damages or defects reported more than 48 hours after delivery may be declined or impact the investigation outcome. Prompt reporting is essential for a thorough and accurate assessment.
Collection Fees
You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. If you want our delivery partner to collect your goods there will be a fee for the first item and an additional fee for each extra item. To arrange this please email us at info@divanbeds.com
You are responsible for checking the goods will fit in your home. If our delivery partner cannot deliver the goods due to access issues you may be charged a fee of up to 50% per item to cover transport, manufacturing and admin costs.
