What to Expect
As soon as you place your order our external delivery team and customer service staff will be working to get you the best delivery experience.
Order Processing:
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
Production and Packaging:
Once your order is received and processed by our sales team it will be sent to our warehouse production team.
Your order will then be hand crafted by one of our skilled craftsmen.
Once complete your order will be packaged and ready for delivery.
Delivery Scheduling:
4. Our delivery team will email you to arrange a delivery date and a 4 hour time slot.
5. On the day of delivery our courier will notify you 30 minutes before arrival.
Delivery Cost
Mainland GB:
FREE 2-Man Delivery to Mainland Great Britain, including Scotland.
Off-Shore Addresses:
Off-shore addresses are not included. We can provide an alternative courier for these addresses at an extra cost, we will quote.
Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Islands & Channel Islands:
We can deliver to a designated Mainland GB address (e.g. port) for further overseas shipping which then becomes the buyers responsibility.
Postcode Checker & Additional Charges
We offer a free 2-man, room of choice delivery service across the UK. However additional charges apply for remote areas where our usual 2–5 working day delivery timeframe cannot be guaranteed. Please note you are responsible for ensuring your items can fit up the stairs; we will not be liable if they don’t and refunds will not be possible.
Once your order is placed a customer service agent will contact you to collect any applicable surcharge fee. Without this fee we cannot proceed with processing your order.

£30 surcharge: PH
£40 surcharge: PL, TQ, TR* £60 surcharge: AB, IV
Reschedule Delivery
If you are not available on your delivery day please notify us by phone or email at least 48 hours before the confirmed delivery date so we can arrange an alternative time. For failed deliveries we reserve the right to charge £60 for the first item and 5% for each subsequent item for re-delivery costs.
