Refunds are issued only when items are returned in original packaging and in re-sellable condition, and they are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.
For cancellations, please contact customer service immediately at 0333 533 0200 or info@divanbeds.com. Bespoke custom items—including Divan Bases, Bed Sets, Headboards, and custom mattresses—must be cancelled within 1 working day before production begins. Cancellations after 12 hours incur a 50% fee, while those within 12 hours incur a 5% admin fee.
Standard items cannot be returned.
You have 7 days from delivery to exchange or return items, although fees of 50% per item may apply. Items must be unopened, in their original packaging, and left at the front door. Opened mattresses cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty, and unopened mattresses will incur an £80 collection fee.
Collection fees apply for returns, with additional charges if there are delivery access issues.
